25 Weeks and counting...

25 weeks today! To celebrate, I went in and had a glucose test done to see if I am gestationally diabetic. I have no fear of having gestational diabetes because I know diabetes runs in my family, and I am very likely to get it. If I don't, well Praise Jesus! I will be happy about that!
Jesse and I had to go and buy bigger maternity clothes today because I have already outgrown the hand me downs I got from my sister Shawn. Its so nice to have clothes that fit! And with Ella growing in size, her kicks are also getting stronger. Sometimes her little kicks shake my belly! Its pretty cool to watch!
I also got my hair cut last week, mainly because I couldn't deal with the long hair anymore! It feels so nice to have it short, although I know it will grow back quickly being pregnant!
Last night, Jesse and I started Search for Significance for Teens at our youth group. It was so awesome! I get to lead a small group of high school girls through an amazing book, and I love it! God is doing some really great things in the youth at our church!
I am really loving fall now! I can't wait to start burning pumpkin spice candles, and getting to decorate for Halloween and Christmas! This year will be the first year Jesse and I have lived in our own place at Christmas time so I am excited to actually put up a Christmas tree this year!
And....that's it for now...
